1-Rotate the arms to reduce the fat of the hand.
  • This s a simple exercise that you can do personally, this exercise works regularly to reduce fat from any side. Along with reducing fat, it acts as a good warm-up exercise. First of all do this excersize because it warmup your body as well as reduce arm fat.
  • Open your legs slightly and stand straight.
  • Pull the arms out on both sides.
  • Close your fist and start rotating round goals. Quickly keep running armies in clockwise speed.
  • Do this until you turn your hands 20 times.
  • Bring your arms back and relax for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
  • This exercise can do twice or more in a day.
2-To dilute the hands, Scissors exercise -
  • This is another simple exercise that can be performed regularly. It tones arms and strengthens.
  • Open your feet a little bit.
  • Cross your arms with each other in the shape of the letter "X".
  • Turn one set forward and back 20 times.
  • Relax your arms for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times.
  • You can do this exercise twice or more times every day. Like the first practice, you can do it anywhere.
3-Chair Dip Exercise - For Obesity
  • This exercise is especially for your upper arm muscles and helps to tone any loose skin in this area.
  • Place a chair with the wall and hold the arm of the chair with your arms and sit on the chair.
  • Taking the chair, take your hips towards the ground and take it back up.
  • Repeat it 20 times.
  • After doing this rest on the chair for 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times.
  • Do this exercise twice daily.
  • Keep your knees close to your chest while exercising for better balance at the beginning.
4-To remove the fat of the hands do namaste excersize
  • Stand upright from the top of your head, stretching your hand towards the sky.
  • Turn your arms behind the head, join your palms and bring it in the "Hello position". Put a little emphasis on your palms so that there is flexibility in your arms.
  • Put your palms together, bring your arms above the head, so that your palms level is up to the middle of your head.
  • Repeat these two steps 20 times in a hurry.
  • Bring your arms back and relax for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
  • Do this exercise twice a day.
5-To remove side fat, wall push-ups -
  • This exercise should be done with the combination of other aerobic exercises for maximum benefit.

  • Open your legs slightly and stand in front of a wall. You must stand at least one hand away from the wall.
  • Tilt your arms outward, in front of your chest, touch the wall with palms.
  • If you bend forward towards the wall then your elbow will turn further downwards. Take your heel and stand on your foot.
  • Repeat the two sequences 20 times in a hurry.
  • Stand up straight and rest your arms for 20 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times.
  • Do it twice a day.
6-To reduce the fat of arms, push and pull -
  • Open your thighs, legs a bit, tilt the knees a bit, so that your hips get out of the rear. You should look like you are going to sit on a chair.
  • Raise your arms vertically towards the front and bring your arms back immediately.
  • Repeat the two sequences 20 times in a hurry.
  • Stand up straight and rest your arms for 20 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times.
  • Do it twice a day.
  • In the beginning your exercises can get tired from this exercise, so make sure you break enough while doing it.
Benifits- these all excersize are primary excersize to start yoga and this will help to reduce arm fat . Do daily these excersize you will see change in your arm fat weekly .
