Herpes simplex virus can infect mouth or genital areas. Which means that the penile contact with cold pain on the mouth can cause genital herpes.

HSV2 passes from one person to another when the infected area comes in contact with open areas on the skin of the mucous membrane or insecure people.
A mucous membrane is a salty lining in parts of the body including vagina, anus, and mouth.
However, since the mouth is underlined with the mucous membrane, it is possible to transmit the HSV2 virus through oral sex.
If a person is infected with HSV 2 in the genital area and the virus comes into contact with the mucous membrane in the mouth of another person, then it can enter the nervous system and cause oral herpes.
HSV1 and oral transmission
The HSV1 virus usually circulates through kissing or sharing of pot and utensils. Most people with HSV1 virus were infected with non-sexual contact during childhood and kissing of family members and friends.
Generally, HSV1 can spread from oral to the genital area by giving oral sex. It can also be transmitted through the use of oral sex, vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, and sex toys.
Symptoms of HERPES after HSV kissing
The symptoms of both HSV1 and HSV2 are the same. People with viruses can not mistake any symptoms, very mild symptoms, or their symptoms for any symptoms. The absence of symptoms does not mean that the virus can not be transmitted to others.

I was very unhappy after the checkup and was diagnosed HSV 2 of which I know fully well I can't be cured with the Antibiotics, he prescribed for me the acyclovir(Zovirax), famciclovir (Famvir), andvalacyclovir (Valtrex). These are all taken in pill form. Severe cases may be treated with the intravenous I refuse to try it and went to another clinic for test and it still shows positive. I was haven herpes 1 and 2 spreading all over my body even on my private part too. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years.
