A form of intermittent fasting, called the 16: 8 diet, can help obese people lose weight and reduce their blood pressure.  In addition, findings published in the journal Nutrition and Healthy Aging suggest that this diet works miraculously.

What is Intermittent Fasting 16: 8 diet?

 In the morning, your metabolism and blood sugar are increased, which is why you are allowed to eat whatever you want to eat during this 8 hours.  This diet is considered more effective if your time frame (8 hours) is the time of day.  However, in the remaining 16 hours of your day you have to fast, in which you can take water, black tea, coffee.

Let us tell you what to eat during eight hours of intermittent Fasting

 Drink plenty of water, so that you remain well hydrated.

 Eat fiber-rich foods like nuts, beans, fruits and vegetables.

 Eat high protein foods including fish, tofu or nuts.

 You can have black coffee, tea, cinnamon or licorice herbal tea during eight hours when you can eat food and during 16 hours when you are not eating.  

When should I stop intermittently?

 If you follow the following signs, it is recommended that you fast intermittently.

 You are constantly hungry, it does not matter that you have feasted on your 'eating window'.

 You are not in a good place mentally, physically or emotionally.

 You are recovering from a serious illness or surgery.

 You may find that your IF plan does not make you very happy, is not helping you lose weight, or is stressing you out.

 According to a study published in Nutrition and Health Aging, researchers have investigated the effect of 16: 8 diet on humans.  During the 12-week trial, 23 obese adults chose dinner time from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, during which they could eat whatever they wanted.

 By the end of the study, researchers found that participants took 350 calories less per day than the controlled group, lost weight, and improved systolic blood pressure.

  1. I am excited to share this testimony, I was 3 years ago diagnosed of fibroid and complicated Endometriosis.
