 HSV can occur at any age and it can be many time to a person in his lifetime, but it is most common in people over the age of 40 and people with weakened immune systems.

What is age to get HSV in lifetime 

This disease can happen to anyone after the age of 40, but its virus is believed to affect the person who has had chicken pox first.  If chicken pox virus i.e. varicella zoster virus is already present in the body, then herpes disease can occur.

According to a research, the disease is more common after 40 years.  Herpes is caused by varicella zoster virus.  Since it is an infectious disease, it is very important to take extreme care.

Which person get infected with herpes easily 

Herpes infection can affect anyone.  But it is believed that people who have suffered from chicken pox can easily fall prey to it.  Simply put, a person whose body already has varicella zoster virus (chicken pox virus) can easily become a victim of herpes.

Unprotected sex brings with it many health problems.  People generally believe that unprotected sex can cause AIDS to a person. 

 But herpes is also a similar disease, which spreads due to unprotected sex.  When this problem occurs, watery grains come out from the private part of the person to other parts of the body.  

Gradually they grow a little and then burst.  When this water spreads to other parts of the body, it causes rash on other parts of the body as well.  This infection cannot be eradicated completely if there is a problem of herpes.  

Its symptoms recur frequently and can only be treated at that time.  In addition to this, many symptoms are seen in addition to donations.

Sometimes due to AIDS, HIV, cancer etc., our immunity becomes very weak.  In this case, the risk of getting this disease increases.  The internal capacity of patients taking cancer treatment such as radiation or chemotherapy is greatly weakened.

  Those who consume long-term steroids such as medicines like prednisone have a higher risk of getting herpes zoster.

 Do not eat bile enhancing foods and amalaki.

 Do not eat Kulathi, Sesame and Rasonam (garlic).
