Considering these things, the brain needs to reduce 1200 to 1800 calories. In the form of so much calorie energy the body gets better transmitted which is not accepted as Fat.

Keep three main meals, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 300 to 350 calories.
Keep the snacks and other things in the remaining 300 calories.
Take the green tea as a beverage. Green tea is helpful in losing weight.
Whatever food you eat, all wheat or brown rice is made. Do not eat flour or white rice.

As soon as you wake up in the morning - drink water, if possible, at least two glasses and more than one liters. If the water will be lukewarm then it is a good thing, or else you just feel better.

Brunch - Five to ten almonds, coffee or tea with green tea or ginger, basil, cinnamon, cardamom etc. are just sugar free instead of sugar.
Lunch -One or two Roti of one bowl brown rice, salad, lentils, multi grain flour.
Evening tea-shaws - Tea or coffee or green tea with a wedge soup or roasted gram. If you want, you can also take sprouts.
Dinner:Filling a bowl with a bowl wed soup, a bowl salad, or a big bowl of papaya or a bowl, there are garlic, onions, or non-vegetarians, then three egg white or 150 grams of chicken breast, or two leg pieces.

It is not necessary that you eat these things. It is essential that you get the right amount of calories. Along with this, excess intake of fluid and exercise should also be included in their daily routine.
