Playing and being active for children is important for their mental and physical development.  Regular physical activity has many benefits for your child's physical and mental health.

Activities for children and young people include playing, school sports, running, jumping, recreation, physical education or light exercise. 

Therefore young children and growing youth need to be physically active for at least 60 minutes.

Physical activity for 2-year-olds

 Children who walk on their own should be active daily for at least three hours.  This includes indoor and outdoor activities 

throughout the day such as running, walking, rolling and playing, as well as activities such as running and jumping on the bed is the best way to keep practicing for this age group.

  • Active play such as hiding and being caught

Playing outdoor games with them

 Take time to play outdoor games like hopscotch, hide, color man and so on.

 This will not only be fun but will also make them self-sufficient and develop where to hide, what color to choose, and similar decision-making abilities.

 Be involved in cultural activities

 Along with overall development, it is also important for children to become familiar with the culture in which they are growing.

  Don't forget to ride a paper boat or fly a kite in the water with them.  We bet that through these games you will live your childhood with them.

Go to the parks

 Better health of children requires playing, running and spending good time with family.  So do not miss out on this ideal outdoor activities.
