People are troubled by cold, cold, fever etc.  In such a situation, it is important that you take special care of yourself and consume such things that keep you healthy.

To prevent a cold

  •  Start the morning and evening with a change in the weather.
  •  When going out of the house, wear a mask.
  •  Apply mustard oil on the inside surface of the nose.
  •  Avoid using the goods and direct contact of people suffering from colds.
  •  To ensure that no one else has this problem with you, keep a handkerchief over your mouth while sneezing.
  •  Do not drink cold water immediately after coming in from the sun, nor do you consume any cold thing.

If cold, eat hot spices like cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf and ginger.

Some formula to prevent a cold

Gargle salt - If you have a sore throat or nose stops, gargle with salt in hot water.  After getting up every morning, gargle of salt clears the throat.  Winter - Its importance increases more in colds.  That is why you should gargle salt.

 Drink turmeric milk - Both milk and turmeric are good for our health and it is very beneficial when you consume these two together.  So drink turmeric in milk to remove cold and cold phlegm so that you can get a lot of relief.

By adopting these home remedies, you can prevent a cold and get relief without any side-effects:

 1. If your head is getting heavy due to cold, then make a packet by heating the parsley.  Rub it on your palm repeatedly and smell it.  This will give relief.

 2. If you feel mild fever due to cold, then boil the parsley in two cups of water.  When it remains one cup, add jaggery to it.  After cooking for some time, drink this mixture. It  Will benefit to prevent cold

 3. Prepare decoction with basil, black pepper.  Drink it hotly  Drinking this will reduce the sore throat as well as the infection will also go away.

 4. Grind equal quantity of cinnamon and nutmeg and lick it with honey in the morning and evening, it is beneficial in cold and cold.

 5. Licking half a teaspoon of onion juice mixed with honey is also beneficial in cold and cold.
